This role will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including: Staffing Onboarding Employee relations Policy and legal compliance Performance management Employee development Payroll coordination Employee and management coaching for all Mexico business units under area of responsibility Eventually, may manage a team responsible for staffing, employee relations, policy and legal compliance, performance management, employee development, and employee and management coaching for all business units under area of responsibility. Assists the Vice President of Human Resources and the Director of Human Resources with Mexico business operations Human Resources strategy and policy development and implementation, project management. This position will be located in our Guadalajara, Mexico offices. Fluency in English (verbal & written) required. Accountabilities Provides senior level consultation and support to the TTI Mexico business operations to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Ensure regulatory compliance by identifying legal requirements and Mexico government regulations affecting HR functions and submitting necessary reports and paperwork in a timely fashion. Manage recruiting strategy development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, Mexico offer/employment contract preparation and development, and on-boarding. Manage Mexico business operation temporary service providers. Conduct New Hire Orientations and ensures acknowledgement and adherence to the TTI Mexico Internal Labor Regulations. Accountable for effective employee relations, management and employee coaching, and performance management for all assigned business units. Demonstrate high performance and knowledge that is capable of providing guidance and counsel to the Mexico organization in respective areas of specialization. Partner with the TTI Corporate Benefit Team to communicate and assist with implementing benefit plan changes to employees. Manage employee disability administration and worker's compensation. Partner with the TTI Corporate payroll team and the Mexico payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of the Mexico employee payroll. Eventually will develop a high performance and knowledgeable Human Resources team that is capable of providing guidance and counsel to the organization in respective areas of specialization, motivates the team to continually learn and grow by mentoring, training, and providing opportunities to develop new skills, and instills a sense of pride, ownership and accountability in the service provided to both internal and external customers. Assists Director of Human Resources with the Mexico business operations Human Resources strategy development and implementation including human resources policies and practices to ensure ethical, legal, fair, and consistent handling of all employee-related matters. Personally coaches leaders to consistently apply policies to facilitate positive employee relations, legal compliance, and a positive company image in the business community. Builds effective business partnerships with organizational leaders by developing a solid understanding of the business, business issues and by seeking to recommend, develop and implement Human Resources solutions that assists the organization in meeting its strategies and goals. Sr. level position demonstrates a consistent track record of developing solutions and strategies to accomplish business objectives. Acts as an organizational change agent by continually taking the organization's pulse regarding change initiatives, remaining up-to-date about tools, techniques, and practices of change management and by assisting with influencing and driving organizational change strategies in support of business strategies. Utilizes tools, systems & resources effectively in order to analyze employee data, develop solutions and provide support to meet internal customer needs that ensure strong cross-functional communication. Assists Director of Human Resources with projects as needed, including but not limited to, legal compliance related projects. Education & Experience A minimum of 10 years of professional Human Resources experience is required including a demonstrated track record of providing consultation and support to business units to define and execute HR strategies to accomplish business objectives. Experience in distribution or electronics manufacturing is an added plus. Bachelor Degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources or Business) or equivalent combination of education/work experience is required. Previous experience managing other HR professional level staff is required. Skills & Certifications Position requires knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications at the intermediate to advanced level. Solid understanding of Mexico laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to provide data and reports for Mexico government compliance, management information, continuous improvement recommendations and other needs as determined by the organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with various levels of leadership within the organization. J-18808-Ljbffr
