At HP, the future's yours to create The WHAT Acts as Total Rewards Lead, Consultant and Liaison to the country, establishing strong relationships with HRGO/GS, function partners and key leaders of the assigned country or countries. Manage all local benefit programs Retirement Health & insurance Wellness Time off And any other perquisite programs Manage the vendors to ensure that HP's expectations are met in respect of accurate benefit administration and required internal/external reporting. Responsible for ensuring that all local C&B policies and programs Align with, and support, our global policies and guidelines Are compliant with local legal framework, and within employee representation requirements Are administered efficiently and accurately. Provide support for the implementation of job architecture, base, variable and supplemental pay programs in country including MINC. Support MADO deals working in conjunction with Region TR and Global TR CoE. Provide input on local level to HR as needed to support WC/Union negotiations related to TR implementations, local crisis management or event. Maintain an understanding of the local environment and market/legal changes that impact C&B programs. Per country, responsible for delivering the key annual C&B programs and communicating outcomes to stakeholders: Benefits review, (template, reporting, change requests and deep dive). Salary structure review cycle Supporting where necessary the Annual Review Cycle (ARC) Provision of MINC forecast to support annual salary budget planning C&B program benchmark in country The HOW Experience Required Typically, has at least 5 years' work experience or at least 3 years' work experience with an advanced degree Skills and Knowledge Viewed as a trusted partner and a subject matter expert, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the company (Legal, Finance, etc.) as well as external vendor partners in the delivery and support of C&B programs. Demonstrates strong communication, advisory and consulting skills. Balances affordability and competitiveness within total rewards proposals aligned to business objectives and guiding principles. Able to explain the competing perspectives. Provides proactive and comprehensive recommendations and solutions. Collaborates closely with Region/Global TR CoE's to implement programs and drive consistency and fairness in program delivery. Operates with a sense of urgency –"running to the fire". Is always transparent in the way solutions will be delivered and on any potential implications. Has full understanding of the accountability of the role while keeping regional CoE closely informed. Understands when to involve the Region/Global CoE in issues or escalations. Takes accountability for implementing the global TR programs at a local level and ensures high quality and on time deliverables. Recognizes what has the most impact and manages competing priorities successfully. Uses a strong project management approach to deliver on projects engaging appropriate HR and other stakeholders as needed. Understands the importance of the HP culture of collaboration and team spirit, demonstrates HP core values and positively represents the Total Rewards organization with all stakeholders (country, regional, global and external) in terms of behavior, actions and partnership.
