Purchasing Specialist

Serve as the vendor contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will process orders including order entry, expediting orders, modify orders, monitor shipping, and resolve discrepancies and returns. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to create process efficiencies. Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs. Be part of a team that solves complex problems for our internal / external customers.JOB DUTIES: Order changes Processing of special orders Order status Respond to inquiries from sales teams as well as suppliers. Identify opportunities for improvement. YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience.
