Process engineer is the process owner of the corresponding production area, responsible of the capability and efficiency levels of the assigned area, leads or provide support to different types of projects generated in the area or by external sources, in charge of keep updated the AS400 (BPCS) system related to engineering menus, team work with other departments to ensure a proper process flow, perform machine/product validations.

What You Will Do Production Support: PE provides support to production team to avoid issues that can generate stoppage in production area.
Projects: Lead or support projects/initiatives that can represent cost savings, improve efficiency/capability , waste reduction, continues process improvement related to safety or ergonomic benefits for the employees.
Technologies: Continues improvement related to technologies that helps to improve current processes.
Machine validations: Keep updated the status of the machine validations.
Bill of materials: In charge of keep updated the engineering menus for AS400(BOM, Routing etc).
Documents: Responsible of create/update all documentation that supports the production process (WI, Visual aids, PFMEAS etc).
Statistics: monitors and improves the processes according to Statistical Process Control methodologies.
TPM: Sets and saves process settings and standards (center lining, CIL) and facilitates the application of standards/systems Support product/material development
Who You Are University Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related
3-5 year experience in manufacturing industry.
Having a structured mindset and ability for analytical thinking.
Management skills for people and equipment
Ability to work independent, safe, self-reliant and team-oriented
Knowledge of MS Office/Autocad/Minitab.
Fully bilingual
Knowledge of dyeing or Textile is a plus.
Project management.
Machine validations(IQ/OQ/PQ).
Lean manufacturing methodology knowledge.
