**Risk Prevention Supervisor (SME Finance)****Job Location**:Corporate Offices (Juarez, Chih., MX.) - Presential**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.- Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.- Provide recommendations for procedural improvements.- Recommending solutions and determining software development requirements.- Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.- Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.- Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.- Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.- Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Accounting Degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management as a plus.- Demonstrable expertise on automotive, manufacturing or similar industries processes.- 5-10 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise (i.e., External / Internal Auditor, Finance, Project Management, etc.).- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects (i.e., ACL Analytics, UiPath / RPA solutions, Power BI, among others).- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions.- Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.LI-DNI
