Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.Position:Plant OpEx CoordinatorActivities/Functions: - Role as Operational Excellence voice as a member of the Plant Staff - Lean 2.0 Leader for the Plant. Follow up with Functional Areas & Operations Managers on their specific Lean 2.0 Improvement Action Plan progress - Identification and priorization of OpEx Projects based on SPQVC and Financial Plant performance - OpEx Projects Coordination and Follow up to assure projects progress on track and completion on time - Assure OpEx Projects full documentation in ECIP and correct timely financial validation - OpEx Project Teams training, coaching and mentoring - Plan, coordinate and motivate Kaizen activities in the Plant - 5S Coordinator & Auditor. Key 5S driver for the Plant - EOS Guardians.
