A better future?**We're Lear For You.****Mechanical Engineer**:- Be part of a cross-functional and trans-regional team at the forefront of vehicle technology._**Lear Corporation Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a **Mechanical Engineer**, based in our **Apodaca Plant** (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible to integrate the mechanical design following the specifications released by the Customer. You will be part of a highly skilled cross-functional and cross-regional development team at the cutting edge of vehicle technology.**Your Tasks will be**:- Learn manufacturing process for electronic/electrification products.- Support product development.- Attend design review/project meetings.- Support/Lead Design for Manufacturing/Assembly reviews.- Help coordinate Engineering Changes with the plant.- Problem solving/Issue resolution.- Support issue resolution.- Data analysis.- Root cause analysis (8D, Fish Bone).- Create presentations.- Cost Optimization.To be successful in this role you will need:- Mechanical Engineering Degree.- 3+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience required (design experience is desirable).- Knowledge of Electronic/Electrification type products.- Knowledge of PCB component placement/soldering processes.- Knowledge in plastic and metal part design/manufacturing.- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (PPT/Word/Excel).- Ability to analyze data in excel.- Create Presentations.- Ability to open CAD models and review (prefer SolidWorks/Catia experience).- Advanced English.LI-LM1- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
