Responsibilities The Opportunity The IT Value Realization Office (VRO) Sr Lead is a leader in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. IT S&P imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo's ambitions and optimize value. As a leader in the IT S&P organization, the IT VRO Sr Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the IT Value Realization Office for PepsiCo IT. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and drive the Value Realization team to achieve its objectives in alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Your expertise in project management, financial analysis, and IT governance will be essential in capturing and reporting measurable business value of IT investments. As The IT Strategy and Portfolio Management, Sr Specialist your scope will consist of: Drive the establishment of the IT Value Realization Office and be the face of the practice Drive the objectives of IT Value Realization Office in partnership with IT Strategy and with IT Finance Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure all projects are effectively managed as per the value realization framework and lifecycle Responsible for driving communications across diverse stakeholder groups in order to bring awareness of IT Value Realization and its contribution to the overall business Provide oversight and support the IT Value Realization team by establishing roles and responsibilities, ways of working and goals Driving the implementation of IT Value Realization across IT's strategic priorities across multiple aspects – initial idea, evaluation, execution, and realization Develop and articulate the vision for IT Value Realization and underpin all activity, capturing short, medium and long term goals and provide a high-level activity roadmap for the team Align the IT Value Realization roadmap and IT organization's strategies with business imperatives Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's degree required or advanced degree preferred Experience 10 years of related IT business work experience 5 years of IT Value Management or related experience Experience influencing and building consensus in a matrixed organization Experience solving highly complex, politically sensitive problems within and across teams Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong senior leadership relationships Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to understand ambiguous needs and translate into clear requirements Ability to persuade/influence others at all levels of the organization and gain alignment for key deliverables that span multiple teams and organizations Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment Good collaboration and partnership skills to foster relationships with other teams Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
