Internal Communication Specialist

If you are passionate about creating great experiences for all collaborators, this is the opportunity to join a leader company in the BPO industry.**Duties**:- Identify opportunities to deliver best-in-class stakeholder's experience at Afni.- Works closely on a day-to-day basis with our stakeholders.- Identify potential providers to increase Benefits, Rewards and Activities looking for empower the labor environment.- Develop closed-loop post- analysis and competitive intelligence for assigned motivational programs and recommend indicated actions.- Provide regular stakeholders' experience observations and feedback.- Identify critical behaviors and/or high-risk stakeholder's actions.- Implement Innovation plans to increase the motivation in the company.- Identify and monitor stakeholder's key measurements and requirements.- Organize internal events for 2,000 employees.- Coordinate onboarding and training programs looking for the stakeholder's engagement.- Improve Internal Communication strategy development and execution (Visual, Verbal and Written).- Develop material for social media posts.**Requirements**:- High School Diploma.- +1 year of Leadership experience in stakeholders' services.- work with energy drive, perseverance, creative, motivated, responsible and initiative personality- Customer focused and good communication skill.- Sense of urgency- Good English spoken and written- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Has a keen eye for detail.**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have in similar positions?- Have you organized internal events for more than 100 collaborators?- Do you feel comfortable in a 100% English environment?Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 04/08/2024
