Coordinates the creation of analytics and dashboards that lead to actionable insight.**What you will be doing**:- Helps develop and manage the global measurement approach and global marketing reporting strategy.- Leads the research of customer behaviors relative to key performance indicators.- Delivers regular reports to executive management.- Assists in developing and managing the annual marketing budgeting process and systems globally.- Collaborates across the organization towards achieving business goals.- Facilitates the development of customer specific action plans accordingly and supervises business operations, designs strategic plans from forecasting, and provides improvement recommendations.**What You Need to Succeed**:- Strong English written and oral communication skills- Ability to interpret data into insights for decision making.- Project management skills- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge- 2+ years managing and developing employees (supv only)**About Epicor**At Epicor we know that success comes from working together.
