Great opportunity for growth and excellent work environmentLear Corporation Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as an Industrial Engineer-Method, based in our Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).As Industrial Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Industrial Engineering Coordinator.Your Tasks will be:- Compliance with engineering plans according to Industrialization.- Responsible for keeping the work lines of all primary and secondary production processes balanced- Plant Layout design and maintenance.- Calculation of labor required for any project.- Capacities studies.- Time analysis and movements in the production lines.- New plant opening according to the layout designed and the necessary elements.- Saving projects and validation of them.To be successful in this role you will need:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.- 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing.- Experience in launching manufacturing products of 3-4 years.- Experience in Balancing workstations 3-4 years.- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.- Knowledge of Solid work desirable.- Knowledge in database analysis.- SAP and RP systems (company data management).- Advanced database management.- Knowledge in the study of installed capacities of productive equipment.- Knowledge in industrialization of ships.- Experience in opening industrial warehouses.- Experience in electronic manufacturing start-up projects.- Ease of expression.- Microsoft Office Proficient.- English level advanced.LI-DNI
