As a growing company, we are currently seeking a talented SW Quality Analyst to join our team. As an SW Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing quality assurance activities for software development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify requirements, define and execute test plans, and ensure that software products meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will also be involved in root cause analysis and defect tracking, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for software improvements. Responsibilities: *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality assurance requirements and develop test plans *Design and execute test scripts and cases based on requirements and user stories *Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality *Identify, record, and track software defects and issues *Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for defect resolution *Report and document test results and provide feedback to the development team *Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance Requirements *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field *Proven experience as a Software Quality Analyst or similar role *Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes (Selenium) *Experience in designing and executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases (automated and manual) *Familiarity with Agile development methodologies *Experience with defect tracking and test management tools *Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills *Strong communication and collaboration abilities *Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment *ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus Benefits We offer • Base salary • Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) • 15 days bonus • 25% vacation bonus • 12 days of vacation (From the first year) • Social Security • PTU/Profit Sharing • Biweekly food vouchers
