An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results-oriented strategies with producers / sponsors. Discipline in KPIs achievement Team player Great interpersonal and communication skills Job Responsibilities:Financial targets: 2023 budget in all digital and affinity segments (24.1M) Closely manage revenue and expense drivers to ensure campaigns consistently achieve profitability benchmarks and premium targets Support integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns in Sponsor, Call Center, and Direct to Consumer distribution channels to achieve revenue & marketing allowable goals. Direct Marketing Strategy Planning: Implementing a market strategy that is consumer-focused and aligned with local digital strategy. Understanding and utilizing various marketing channels to present engaging and informative marketing messages that clearly communicate the campaign and elicit desired customer response and conversion. Having a clear opinion around the structure of the messaging to be able to give constructive feedback where required. Understanding parameters of product profitability, making decisions to enhance, optimize and drive cross-sell and retention within the parameters of the product portfolio profitability. Analyze sales funnel key metrics to gain insight on opportunities and proactively improve processes and meet performance and financial targets. Generate or lead the online content for launch digital campaigns for different customer segments and maximize customer´s lifetime value Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world (social media, website, and market insurance behavior) Campaign Management: Assure campaigns implementing processes are timely executed with an understanding of customer perception and brand experience. Ensuring that all digital campaigns are aligned with all the AIG´s process and security policies Manage marketing budgets around campaigns to achieve overall financial target. Ensuring that the campaign has clear metrics to assess performance and ultimately return on investment. Coordinate all campaign preparation and establish clear timelines including campaign checklist and marketing plan. Managing tactical day to day campaign deliverables such as product enhancement and campaign optimization. Implementing cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies in digital campaigns Review campaign results and report findings. Being proactive with understanding customer / broker engagement and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of the whole process to apply the learnings for optimization of future campaigns. Review all the digital platforms for close monitor campaign performance and fix the necessary to avoid any deviation Operation and Administration: Coordinate and ensure smooth running of operations and administration around the campaign though effective communication and consistent problem solving.
