They are based in the Minnesota and Western Wisconsin area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each board of directors and homeowners have the information and guidance it needs to make the best decisions for their community.**As a Virtual Collections/Billing Agent, you will be responsible for the customer service processes, delivering satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company. Some of your main activities will be**:- Work hand to hand with internal departments to meet the customer's needs.- Entering EFT Forms into the company's software (Vantaca).- Scan payment checks to the corresponding Bank.- Send Welcome Letters to new Homeowners of the associations.- Work with Worker Comp. Audit Requests.- Homeowner Assessment Billing.**WORK SCHEDULE****_ Monday - Friday_**:- 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm. CST.- Daylight Saving Time:_- 7:00 am. - 4:00 pm.
