PLEASE NOTE, THE JOB IS FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT NOT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. WORDPRESS EXPERTS PREFERRED.

Work with clients/designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences using standard HTML/CSS/JS best practices (mobile responsive, compatible with most web-browsers, industry-standard compliant and accessible).
Expert with wordpress development (knowledge of other CMS like Shopify, Drupal, asp.net is beneficial)
QA, test and deploy changes on production environment
Implement A/B tests
Work closely with US central web and analytics teams and join weekly calls to optimize the website and roll out new features
Be passionate about web performance and building sites for speed
Ensure the website is tagged properly for various tracking tools
Integrate data from various back-end systems and databases (APIs)
Implement personalization tools
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Provide technical expertise and ownership of technical issues
Must be available to occasionally work after hours to deploy time-specific changes on the website


4+ years hands-on front-end design and development experience
React, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, VueJS, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, etc.
Knowledge of WordPress or AEM website development – including template design, plugins and components
Experience in the design, development and deployment of websites
Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools
Knowledge of integration with Salesforce and other backend APIs
Familiar with W3C standards
Proven success using and driving a repeatable, iterative software development methodology
Familiar with SCRUM or Agile project management methodology
Strong understanding of web architecture concepts (sessions, cache, cookies, connection pooling)
Experience using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
Experience of using various web analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Good understanding of SEO from a content and technical perspective
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
