**Web Graphic Design Intern**Steelcase Monterrey is looking for a **Web Graphic Design intern** to join the Creative Alliances Team.**What you will be doing**:- Communicate with internal sales team and customers to strategize the design and review of a deliverable-- Utilize content creation software (Ceros, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools (Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) to modify and create digital assets for use on websites-- Use Adobe Creative Cloud software to modify and design digital and interactive content for web experiences-- Work cross-team and synthesize feedback from Web System Manager and Web System Specialist**Who you are**:**Requi**red Skills and Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor's degree on Graphic Design, Web, or related-- Availability to work from 8am-5pm-- Advanced English is required-- Provide current portfolio of website design and layout examples is required-- Experience with layout design in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a bonus-- To graduate at least by December 2025 or later.**Preferred** Skills and Competences**- Provide appealing design solutions that reflect current trends, and a strategic approach to problem solving-- Create layouts using photos, text and other content optimized for web experiences-- Collaborate with other designers on customer and internal projects-- Excellent attention to detail and self-directed-- Ability to handle multiple projects and quick turnaround projects for strategic sales opportunities-- Ability to interact with all levels of people-- Have great written, communication and storytelling skills**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
