Warranty Coordinator

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator.**What you'll do**:**Responsibilities**:A. Fulfill order management related activities for distributors and Projects team.C. Identify and implement process improvementsD. Maintain daily usage of the CQM toolE. Maintain daily usage of the Bid Manager toolF. Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectationsG. Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detailH. Proven analytical and critical thinking skillsI. Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolutionJ. Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flowK. Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requestsL. Ability to determine if an engineer needs to go on site to repair or replace an Eaton product with Warranty.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree necessary.- Technical field- 2 years of experience in similar positions- Customer interaction experience- Experience in electrical compound warranty- Assembled Product Warranty Expertise- Electrical Diagram Experience**Skills**:- Technical knowledge- Knowledge of CRM software and SAP- Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of Vista, Order Center and Mentor software- High Ability to speak, write, and read English - Fully bilingualSoft skills- Drive for results- Makes Decisions & Solves Problems- Demonstrates a Collaborative Style- Promotes and Champions Change- Business Acumen- Pursues personal developmentLI-MV1We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
