Eaton's ES CRDS RESI Residential division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager PCBA.**What you'll do**:**Job summary**Lead all production activities for the Commercial Distribution Products facility, located in Juarez, Mexico. Interface closely with all manufacturing support functions, including Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Service, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Design Engineering.**Job responsibilities**- Define, track, and report key business measures related to the product line.- Manage and direct all production activities.- Prepare short term and long-term business plans that drive for a focus on customer satisfaction.- Participate in the development of the Plant Strategic Alignment.- Actively support the marketing/sales and product development plans for Juarez CRDS.- Actively promote the development and deployment of improved manufacturing process that positively impact quality, productivity, profitability, and market share.- Assure that the Production Line embraces the Eaton Business System (EBS). Lead Juarez CRDS through continuous improvement, to drive higher levels of performance with the Eaton Quality System (EQS) and the Eaton Lean Six-Sigma (ELSS) business tools.- Provide a safe working environment for all employees and facilitate MESH initiatives.- Actively sponsor and support all lean deployment activities.- Comply with MESH standards and policies, as well as feed and validate information regarding metrics, incidents, campaigns, and other data required by the MESH Suite.EHS Responsibilities:- Separate hazardous waste from the common waste.- Place hazardous waste (gloves, rags, etc.) in assigned containers.- Keep clean the work área contaminant free.- Do not waste water.- Report any activity that may jeopardize my safety and the environment.- Identify and properly dispose all the chemicals that may contaminate the environment.- Ensure the correct container for the disposal of hazardous waste (identified containers and containers to prevent spills).- Report the entry of new Chemicals required for Maintenance purposes due to mantain a record updated and assure the compliance of the correcthandling of them.- Contain oil spills and repair as necessary."**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electronica, mecatronica, electrica, preferentemente)- Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions.- 80% English (spoken and written).- Must have a thorough understanding of world class manufacturing techniques and US and Mexican business practices and customs.- Strong knowledge of IPC-610, 620, 7710 and ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.- Highly skilled on C++ programming, CVI, Lab View, Chroma platforms (preferred).- Basic knowledge on ICT and Functional Testers (preferred)- Must have an overall understanding of the technical capabilities and characteristics of the Juarez CRDS products.- Strong working knowledge of Corporate systems including VISTA ERP, ENCORE, MAPICS ERP, Mentor, Cognos.- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operations: production control, purchasing, engineering & quality control.- Strong knowledge on automation, programming, test devices and basic troubleshooting"- Ability to teach, train, and develop personnel in accounting department.- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
