Ingeniero mecanico para desarrollar y ejecutar procesos de maquinado en CNC y diseño de partes para moldes.TheTooling Engineerwill be based inAguascalientes. In Tool Room we will be receiving new CNC 5 axis Machining Center and we need competitive personnel to use this machine and take advantage on its new features.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
To improve the machining response in terms of timing/quality trough applying machining best practices.
To improve the precision on the spares manufactured on our Tool Room.
To set a spares inventory by tool.
Support at all cases the Tool Room operation including generating work instructions and failing analysis.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
CNC programing/machining.
Mechanical design using Solid works as a design platform.
70% English language.
ASME Y 14.5 interpretation.
Materials resistance.

Injection mold design & construction.
Plastics behavior knowledge.
Safety, operational controls on machining (manual equipment).
Knowledge on steels behavior (hardening, quenching).
