FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Se adhiere a los comportamientos fundamentales, así como a los requerimientos de seguridad y calidad de Greatbatch.
2. Elaboración y revisión de reportes solicitados por la autoridad (Reporte Anual, Sub-maquila)
3. Aplicación de beneficios en el Sistema de Control de inventarios "Anexo 24"
4. Elaborar trámites ante Secretaría de Economía, SAT, VUCEM o cualquier autoridad.
5. Manejo y Control de Certificaciones de Origen, Prosec, Reglas 8tva, y permisos de COFEPRIS.
6. Elaboración de Análisis NAFTA.
7. Manejo de auditorías internas.
8. Conciliación de pedimentos Sistema de Control de Inventarios vs Glosa.
9. Participación en proyectos de Comercio Exterior.
10. Implementar y establecer política y procedimientos.
11. Autorización de Entry Summary de Aduana Americana.
12. Aplicación de 9801.
13. Generar y atender requerimientos de Aduana Americana CF28 Y CF29.
Apoyo de los Departamentos Internos.
REQUISITOS:
*Carrera Universitaria Terminada: Negocios Internacionales y/o Lic. Comercio Exterior y Aduanas
*Mínimo 2.5 a 3 años de experiencia en el puesto o equivalente.
*Conocimiento computacional: Microsoft Office
*Manejo de Anexo 24: Intrade, Millenium, I-Xport (preferentemente)
HABILIDADES
*Ingles nivel medio
*Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, bajo presión, habilidad de comunicación con departamentos internos, dinámico y responsable.
