Join the Development Excellence (DevX) team in revolutionizing the quality and efficiency of Intel's datacenter product development process by designing and deploying new systems to scale productivity through intelligent knowledge management. The DevX team is a group of highly passionate, quality-minded engineers with a wide breadth of product development.The DevX Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of the systems engineering and requirements management process for the next generation of Xeon products, also this position will be the link between systems engineering and stakeholders for multiple Xeon products being developed in parallel. The DevX technical program manager will need to collaborate across a diverse set of disciplines, geographies, projects and business units.**The DevX technical program manager responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Documenting and managing project scope, objectives, and implementation plan.- Tracking and managing ownership and dependencies.- Tracking and managing schedule to ensure requirements milestones criteria are met.- Managing Stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle from planning to architecture and validation.- Identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks.- Reviewing the project plan, status report and indicators regularly with stakeholders and product execution team.- Negotiating and adjusting project scope with stakeholders.- Driving issues and gaps to closure.- Collaborating tightly with Systems Engineering defining process and tools/infrastructure.**Behavioral traits**:- Advanced interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications,**You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.- 4+ years of engineering experience.- 3+ years managing complex projects and working with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid methodology.- Advanced English level.**Preferred Qualifications,**:- Masters in an engineering discipline with at least 3 years engineering experience managing complex projects and working with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid methodology.- Proficiency in systems engineering, requirement management, and lifecycle management software tools and processes such as Polarion, DNG, ProMark architecture specs, design guides, data sheets, wikis/Confluence, etc.**Inside this Business Group**:The Data Platforms Engineering and Architecture (DPEA) Group invents, designs & builds the world's most critical computing platforms which fuel Intel's most important business and solve the world's most fundamental problems.
