**Technical Customer Support Engineer****Location: Latin America - Remote (Travel required)****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.- Relationship Management- Manage relationships with many organizations simultaneously- Work closely with users from many different countries, backgrounds, and cultures- Proactively reach out to partners to build and strengthen relationships- Work seamlessly with other support partners located in various geographical regions- Work effectively with government agencies- Project Management- Work closely with organizations to determine needs and provide solutions- Create Plans and manage followthrough with external stakeholders- Track and continuously visualize status of various projects- Communication- Provide clear, relevant communications to partners at all organizational levels- Proactively communicate status, challenges, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders- Deliver product usage and feedback information to Development and Support teams- Training- Educate partners on product capabilities- Train users with vastly different technical backgrounds- Assist with development of training materials in multiple formats and languages- Provide training in environments from one on one to formal presentations- Product Support- Technical setup and configuration of software products- Support partners with field issues while tracking details in support ticket system- Technical Learning- Continuously learn about conservation practices- Continue to increase understanding of web development and troubleshooting techniques- Learn basics of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and how they impact our products**Qualifications**:- Passion for helping others to be successful- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish- Strong technical background in web and mobile technologies- Extremely well organized and great follow through on commitments- Eager to learn and stay on top of new product developments- Self-starter with ability to work remotely and independently with mínimal supervision**Bonus Qualifications**:- Web based product development exposure including Chrome Developer Tools, JSON, and REST API- GIS experience with tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS- Report design and construction in a robust reporting platform such as Tableau or PowerBI- Python scripting experience and use of GitHub for version control**Additional Perks**- Competitive salary- Remote work option with home internet allowance- Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)- Retirement savings fund- Food coupons- 30 days Christmas bonus- 25 Total days off first year (Vacation, Sick, PTO)- 50% Vacation premium- Education stipend**About Nimble Gravity**Nimble Gravity is a team of outdoor enthusiasts, adrenaline seekers, and experienced growth hackers.
