We're looking for a motivated and driven Finance Lead (f/m/d) to join our team.Your Tasks - Paint the world green- Develop financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in a timely and accurate manner- Manage cash flow and ensure the company has adequate funds to meet its obligations- Manage Flix local banking needs, execute partner payments and settlements- Analyse financial data and provide financial advice to the senior management team- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures- Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger- Coordinate and manage local consultants or advisers in accounting, taxes, corporate matters- Implement, manage and operate financial systems and processes in Mexico (ie Oracle)- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders- Work with local team and Global Finance team to accomplish all financial needsYour Profile - Ready to hop on board- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Mexico- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong technical fluency in relevant Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CA preferred- Significant practical experience in project management and proven track record of taking ownership and successfully driving projects- Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to work efficiently with people in different functions of the company- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and prioritiesOur Perks - More than just a job- You have an impact.
