Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.**Responsibilities**:- Provide a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a period of time.- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent tax planning, consulting and sharing experiences.- Review and prepare annual and monthly statements with a certain degree of complexity.- Identify and mitigate tax risks.- In some projects coordinate accounting personnel such as income reconciliations, tax withholdings and accounting explanations.- Ensure accurate and timely filing of the annual tax return and monthly payments.- Improve processes by developing and implementing the best practices in tax matters.- Manage and coordinate tax audits, solution of attentive invitations and requirements of the tax authorities.- Review of corporate and deferred tax balances in accounting.- Attention of internal and external Auditors in all Group companies- Calculation of deferred income tax- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of tax returns, particularly those of Value Added Tax- Monitor the development of the Tax Laws in Mexico as well as report the changes to the internal clients of the Group.- Ability to make Presentations to the different business areas on tax issues.- Profit Sharing calculation for the companies of the Mx group**Qualifications**:- Spoken and written English essential- More than 3 years as Tax Supervisor, verified- Excellent knowledge in tax accounting (Annual, monthly JE´s Deferral JE´s)- Excellent knowledge in tax compliance (Declarations, annual, monthly payments, informative, requirements, etc.)- Knowledge in VAT certification, desirable- Knowledge of SAT software, Excel and Word- Exceptional (Internal) customer service as well as the ability to develop excellent customer relationships.- Strong leadership and business management skills- Excellent management of decision-making processSome of your BenefitsCafeteria/ CanteenHealth InsuranceVacationPaid HolidaysFamily Insurance PlanThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
