As part of the global Talent and Organizational Capability team the Talent and Development Partner supports the design, development and implementation of global learning and development programs for local delivery. In addition, as needs are identified, this role may also provide custom local learning programs, within assigned countries, while maintaining alignment to the global Talent and Development team. This role will require some talent acquisition support as needed. What will you do? Support the execution of all QH training processes and programs in assigned country, in alignment with Global Talent and Development Build and maintain close working relationships with the HR, business and function leaders in assigned Develop managers' knowledge and skills to enable their effective leadership of core practices for performance management and employee development. Serve as subject matter expert and practice manager in assigned countries for learning or development related questions and needs Conducts training evaluations and feedback on training effectiveness, knowledge absorption, application to daily practice Drives program execution and adoption in the assigned countries of talent programs such as performance management, talent assessment, etc. Partners with local HR to develop learning plans as required by local regulations Sources in-country vendors for delivering of bespoke training programs where those programs are required to be run in local language Will provide support to Talent Acquisition. Talent acquisition work includes; conduct talent acquisition activities as needed to include, but not limited to, managing job posting locally, partnering with local vendors to source candidates, direct sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews and processing new hires. What do we look for? Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR Training and Development, Human Resources, or related education Professional certifications in leadership development, assessments or programs a plus 5 years of learning and development experience with at least 2 years focused on management or leadership development 3 years of regular classroom or online training experience Experienced working in a global business environment preferred What's in it for you?
