Job Description Reporting to the Global Head of TA, the TA Lead Mexico is focused on driving both strategic and operational initiatives to deliver in line with the business goals. As the TA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to attract and hire exceptional professionals who align with our company culture and values. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent will contribute to building a high-performing team that drives our business forward.What will I be delivering?Define, design, and implement recruiting strategies for a variety of roles with a focus on strategic growth in Mexico. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply. Manage and mentor, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the talent market. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and candidate pipeline. Work in collaboration with regional stakeholders and relevant business leaders, as well as the wider HR community to understand challenges and areas for focus Provide regional expertise that contributes to Global Talent Acquisition projects. Participates in strategic discussions with key internal and external partners to continue to remain innovative and forward looking with talent acquisition processes, tools and sourcing. Qualifications 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of experience in people management and team leadership, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Experience working for a multi-national organization, either as part of a global talent acquisition team or as a talent shared service function is essential. You will have experience of liaising with stakeholders from around the globe Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Proven experience in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. A passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
