We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Candidate ProfileProfessional ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience within an Electronics Manufacturing Environment, preferably in Automotive Electronics.Essential experience with NI LabVIEW and TestStand.Expertise in Verification and Validation processes.Proficiency with Automation equipment including Sensors, I/O, PLCs, Robotics, and Scanners.Skilled in Test Plan, Test Case Development, and Testing Execution.Capable of developing and automating tests for software validation.Proficient in debugging Hardware.Experience with Vision-based products/applications and camera Testing & Test Methodology.Familiarity with Production machine Validation [IQ / OQ].DesirableExperience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) / Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) [Industrial Automation].CTD Certification.Familiarity with NI FPGA.Experience with Minitab, DOORS, and CoreALM.ResponsibilitiesGeneralImplement Test Engineering best practices in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Series Production.Collaborate with World Class R&D and Production Teams locally and internationally to understand project requirements, risks, milestones, and develop test strategy timing plans and deliverables.Foster a mindset of Continuous Improvement.Software TestingReview Requirements and provide Testing Comments in DOORS.Define Integration Testing and System Testing plans to validate test modules.Develop Automated Test solutions for implementing Integration and System Testing plans.Provide detailed reporting to Team Lead/Test Manager on Project Status through Dashboards.Document and share Lessons Learned (LLCs) as part of the project.Provide documentation and training during Project handover to Production.Execute tests (manual/automated) as per Test Plans.Validation/QualificationGenerate Qualification Plans and statistical data to validate the product test strategy.Log all bugs in the bug tracking platform.Generate Technical & Training documentation as necessary.
