About the Role As a Strategy & Planning Analyst, you'll contribute to the strategic planning process by defining key priorities, managing business performance, generating insights, identifying new opportunities, and supporting tactical decision-making.
What You'll Do: Support the evolution of Delivery LatAm's strategy by monitoring performance and progress against the current plan, and providing insight and intelligence to inform changes and developments throughout the planning processes.Build, manage, and operate business dashboards to track OKRs & KPIs, ensuring full visibility and context of performance.Support business performance management processes such as Monthly Business Reviews with insight and analysis. Conduct data analysis, diagnostics, and deep dives to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities for the business.Serve as a strategic consultant to the business through trusted partner relationships with the leadership team and as a thought partner on key strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Basic Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy & planning, operations, or other specialty roles with a proven record in quantitative fields.Strong business acumen: Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, anticipating business trends, thinking deeply while not losing sight of the bigger picture, and adopting a data-driven decision-making mentality.Navigating ambiguity: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and questions, and develop data-driven insights and solutions; comfortable with uncertainty and adapting swiftly to changing priorities.80/20: Balancing strong attention to detail with swift execution.Self-starter: Operating autonomously, proposing new insights, driving the thinking, and addressing the "so what".Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
