Lead projects along with other stakeholders such as Tax, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Legal, Corporate Secretary to plan and execute projects, manage external audits, and create policies and procedures. Filing of monthly obligations on programs. Lead and implement a record keeping system in LATAM region. Required qualifications – External: Bachelor's Degree on Law, International Business, Commerce (LED, LIN, LCI, LRI) or related field. English > 90% domain. Minimum experience of 6 years working with trade compliance activities. Data analytics (business intelligence software) general knowledge, PBI, tableau, etc preferred. Full domain of Mexican customs rules and legal framework. Full domain of IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification and OEA Certification obligations, reports and notices. Full domain of VUCEM use.
