See If You Qualify We're currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Product Owner to organize, structure, and assist our growing teams with FinTech, PropTech, and SaaS product creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with stakeholders and Sr. members to validate clear product and business objectivesEnsures PropTech, FinTech, and SaaS products meet success criteria and make ongoing progress visible in JiraResolves and surfaces blockers and dependencies for teamsEnsures milestones and release schedule is maintained to meet roadmap timelinesEnsures necessary project meetings are successful by preparing agendas, presentation materials, notes and follow up actionsFacilitates team meeting with Multitaskr leadership teamWorks closely with product marketing and automations team to ensure that all changes to internal team processes are clear and accounted for and that all teams are prepared for the changesCompletes the project closure tasks, including lessons learned documentation; issues transition; and project document managementOngoing documentation and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership team on a weekly basis (or more frequently as necessary) using Jira QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional experience project managing multidisciplinary teams and working in applications for SaaS products (Preferably for PropTech and Construction industries)Expert knowledge of software dev methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Sprints)Expert level with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Monday)Extremely organized and well-structured with time and task managementExperience conducting stakeholder interviewsAbility to write technical documentation and product requirementsAbility to capture, translate ideas, users and business needsExpert level assigning tasks, milestones, deadlines and following up with extreme organization level and sense of urgencyProactive and a self-starterStrong communications skills (English/Spanish 100% proficiency)Ability to work with small multidisciplinary teams Become a smart homeowner with Multitaskr.
