Job Description: We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling Envista projects in our Mexicali site. You will be working closely with members of different teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper plans execution. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Reviewing project proposals for feasibility, scope, cost estimates, and timelines.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
5+ years' proven experience working in successful implemented Projects.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong analytical skills using Excel.
Strong effective communication skills oral/written in both Spanish and English.
Technical writing and presentation skills
