Sr. Production Supervisor (Pacifico, Tijuana)

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Supervises and coordinates personnel involved in more that one production areas according to Safety Quality Delivery Cost Cash Employee (SQDCCE) Indicators.- Comply with the Production Plan in accordance with the Value Stream Manager and business strategies.- As needed, bring support to develop and improves manufacturing processes and methods.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelors Degree, Technical University degree or equivalent in experience. - Take full responsibility for everything concerning the Production, report and follow up Maintenance issues of the value stream. Escalate to upper management as needed - Analyzes production schedule and assign man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job - Keep the team updated on information related to production plans progress and standards compliance (Target Management through Visual Factory System/ 5S's ) - Perform Gemba walks in order to assess safety, housekeeping and operational efficiency opportunities. Closely follow up to findings and action plan - Develop staff through the established career plans, training matrix and operators certifications process. - Actively work for continuous improvement together with all the team.
