_**SR PLANNER**_- **Responsibilities**_- Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts.- Responsible for planning team for all business units and NPI.- Accountable for the creation, management, and communication of a master production schedule to meet customer orders, operations efficiency, and profitability goals.- Maintain finished goods and semi-finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels,- Manage actual output versus the master production plan on a daily basis. Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule.- Coordinate with Production Manager staffing, OT and equipment utilization.- Works to plan production budgets/schedules to meet company OTIF requirements.
