Sr Planner

_**SR PLANNER**_- **Responsibilities**_- Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts.- Responsible for planning team for all business units and NPI.- Accountable for the creation, management, and communication of a master production schedule to meet customer orders, operations efficiency, and profitability goals.- Maintain finished goods and semi-finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels,- Manage actual output versus the master production plan on a daily basis. Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule.- Coordinate with Production Manager staffing, OT and equipment utilization.- Works to plan production budgets/schedules to meet company OTIF requirements. Identifies causes that impact OTIF, implement corrective measures to improve.- Support analysis and escalation of material shortages with purchasing team.- Communicate to customer service status of orders and production issues.- Support planning and factory continuous improvement initiatives.- Champions the transition from a traditional production planning process to an integrated network Planning operating model.- Continuous training and communication with Asia and North American operations.- **Qualifications**_- Bachelor's degree, master degree desired.- Professional communication English- Experience in leading planning team- Proficient skills in data analysis, interpretation and presentation of analysis results.- Proven experience to establish and ensure adherence to customer requirements, budgets, schedules and work plans.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to prepare scenarios and simplify complex issues.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team orientation, "can-do "attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: In personFecha límite para postularse: 23/07/2023Fecha de inicio prevista: 21/07/2023
