Sr. Human Resources Generalist

**Responsibilities**:- Recruitment and selection of indirect and direct personnel.- Administer and assist with the creation and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.- Track and lead actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism- Oversee administration of transportation, cafeteria, nursing and training activities.- Collaborate with plant leadership to positively contribute to company culture and employee relations. Assist managers with any personnel issues, including performance and disciplinary.- Provide communication and support to employees regarding company benefit plans.- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.**Requirements**:- 8+ years of HR related experience in a plant environment.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in.
