Sr. Collections Analyst

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityThe Sr. Collections Specialist role is part of the Intellectual Property Finance Team, responsiblefor the Collection of the Licensing invoices and for coordinating andreconciling the cash application of customers' payments in order to meet theWorking Capital metrics and reduce the Past-due balances.
This role requiresclose communication with the Licensing team and with the Customer BusinessManagers to report collection status in weekly meetings and escalateissues/disputes when required in order to ensure timely collections. The rolealso requires close work with the accounting team to ensure that cash accountsare reconciling in order to close the books every month.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollection of Licensing invoices. Coordination of Cash application. Reconciliation of cash accounts and unapplied cash.Resolution of invoice disputes and customer inquiries.Prepare and update AR Aging reports. Lead weekly collection meetings. Customer Master data administration. Request / send Internal Transfers for invoices paid to the wrong bank accounts.BMG Netting payment.Collect WHT certificates and coordinate WHT write-offs.Coordinate Bad Debt write-offs. Credit Memo clearings. Invoice Storage.Load invoices to customer portals when required. Processing wires when required.YOU MUST HAVEBachelorDegree in Finance. 5+Year of progressive Finance experience. ExcellentEnglish written and verbal communication skills. Excellentorganizational skills.Ability to handle high volume of e-mails providinga quick response.Strong software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook, etc.Experience on reconciling bank accounts. Knowledgeof SAPWE VALUEGoalsoriented, motivated, self-starter, proactive.Ability to read and interpret contracts.Demonstratedproblem solving abilities and analytical skills.Abilityto work in a global team environment.
