Sr. Business Analyst

**Position Summary**:**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Primary interface between users and the vendor.- Test all releases prior to deployment in production.Business Analyst- Observe, model and document current processes and tools.- Serve as the primary interface between the user and IT.- Work with the users to understand the business needs to ensure the solution meet those needs.- Develop Business Cases including cost, ROI and timeline to stakeholders for project approval. (Sr.)- Architect solutions based on business needs, technology and budget. (Sr.) Project Management- Manage the IT portion of the project and deliverables. (Sr.)- Work with the team to determine project milestones and timeline. (Sr.)- Manage complete projects to schedule, budget and pre-defined goals. (Sr.) User Support- Enforce the principle of least privilege for user access.- Take ownership of advanced or chronic issues and facilitate the vendor solution. (Sr.) Other- Adhere to and implement IT best practices.- Manage Projects to schedule, budget and pre-defined goals. (Sr.)- Manage IT department purchases against OPEX and CAPEX budget. (Sr.)- Training and mentoring of other team members. (Sr.)**Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:- Technological skills including SQL, Windows Application Monitoring, Process Modeling Tools**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent certifications and experience.
