Sr Business Analyst

This is a remote position.About the Advancio: Advancio is a global software company that is growing every day, and we are looking for talented and passionate people who wish to join and be an integral part of our team.  We are passionate about technology and the power it has to change the world.  We are building a company where we love what we do, we collaborate positively with our customers, and most important of all: have fun while we work!  About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team.This role is critical in ensuring that our technological solutions meet business needs and support the overall strategy of the company.The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and project management, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems and their application in a business environment.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements.Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.Some knowledge of programming languages, API integrations, and databases.Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable Experience using Project Management tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or similar are desirable Key Competencies: Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
