Spanish Bilingual Collections Specialist

We're looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish Collections Specialist for our dedicated team in Mexico!**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:- Outbound/Inbound calls with delinquent borrowers- Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status.- Process payments for borrowers with past due payments and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals- Remain in compliance with our collections policies and procedures**Must-Have**- 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Prior call center experience with financial products preferred- Team Player with a Professional demeanor- Bilingual Spanish/English required**Benefits**:- Government-mandated benefits as stated by the federal lawPay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Nombre Feo, Sin.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have experience in credit and collections?
