Software Development Manager

We're looking for a talented hands-on manager who will help build the Redwood components and Spectra services. You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers in delivering ensuring we deliver code of the highest quality to Fusion Applications. We have many large-scale customers who are ready to work with you on this fabulous journey.**What we are looking for from you**:**Mandatory**:- 3+ years of experience in software engineering management, preferably in enterprise software development- Experience with agile development methodologies- Need to have hands-on experience in programming, preferably in Java and/or JavaScript- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers- Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously- Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns- Proficiency in working with ambiguous requirements and driving to achieve clarity and results- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and UX/UI design- Experience in J2EE, Java (or JavaScript or TypeScript), and REST services- Ensuring well-running CI/CD pipelines including comprehensive product tests- Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and make informed decisions- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies through continuous learning and professional development- Excellent problem-solving skills
