Software Developer (Python)

**Requirements**:- Solid knowledge of Python and Django complex systems.- Proven experience in at least 2 major feature development as the main or only contributor, which made it to production.- Strong background in software design; scalable systems, reliability, and maintainability.- Experience with collaborative workflows using distributed source control systems (Git and Mercurial).- Habits with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).- Able to work in a hybrid way, attending offices twice a week in Jardines del Bosque, Guadalajara, Mexico.**Preferred Requirements**:- Previous experience with Celery or with a similar library.- Extensive experience with Linux as a user or as an administrator.- Experience with VMware products and APIs specifically vCloud Director and vCenter.- DevOps experience**Benefits**:- Access to corporate training and Virtual certifications.- Access to corporate dynamics and awards.- Novacomp Benefits Program.- Birthday off.- Paid days off (12 working days per year).
