We are seeking a resultsdriven and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimize our social media efforts. Advanced English proficiency is essential for success in this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.Create compelling content calendars and schedules, including posts, videos, images, and stories, that align with our brand identity and objectives.Conduct indepth data analysis to track key performance indicators KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.Generate regular ROI reports and performance dashboards, providing insights on audience demographics, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.Utilize advanced English language skills to craft engaging and grammatically correct content tailored to our target audience.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new strategies and tactics into our campaigns.Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.Advanced proficiency in English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.Proficiency in social media analytics tools e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and data visualization platforms.Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw actionable insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.Experience with paid social media advertising and familiarity with ad targeting options and optimization strategies is a plus.
