**Job Title**:Social Media Specialist**Position Purpose**The position is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification of AutoZone´s MX daily ongoing social media communication and engagement efforts with the online community to highlight the AutoZone's key points of differentiation and to provide trustworthy advice to customers. The role is accountable for posting relevant content to engage with different customer profiles and influence on driving them to stores and website to measure the performance analytics and give continuous feedback and educated recommendations to the Digital Experience Manager. She/he is responsible of the community administration and the listening to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. The position works with different teams as Creative, Merchandising, Promotions, Operations and the Call Center to ensure the execution and user experience in social media channels.**Primary Accountabilities**- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, benchmarking, listening, insights, and best practices through social media tools, establishing metrics and reports on a weekly/monthly basis including their recommendations to act on the information and for communication improvements.- She/He will monitor comments and mentions, lead the customer service team to respond promptly to the processes to put the customer first and ensure the response rate; alert the Digital Experience manager and emergency response committee if issues arise, and work with staff to resolve. Also, identify and engage with brand advocates and power users who will help in communication dissemination and word-of-mouth viral marketing.- Work with the Marketing team and Agencies to build, edit, publish, and share branding, promo, and tactic content (text, images, video, or HTML) that makes meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action and awareness building through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Whatsapp, and other new social media channels.- Coordinate the digital assets and optimize the execution of online marketing plans aimed at all digital, SEM, social media, display, and other advertising campaigns through copywriting, creative & keyword monitoring, and optimization.- Liaises with the designers to assist with creative concept and design of promotional, awareness building, and visual materials to evangelize AutoZone key attributes to better educate customers via planned and proactive engagement on social channels.- Create, manage, and update online business profiles, (e.g. Google My Business) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for the company's stores as part of SEO local strategy.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Business, Advertising, Marketing or Information technologyYears of Experience: Five to seven years.Type of Experience: Experience in community management and strategy of social media. Good understanding of digital KPIs.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Good creative, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player. Using web analytical and listening tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics, Similar Web, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager suite, or and others to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. English proficiencyOther / Preferred: Understanding of local SEO and web traffic metrics. Certification in community management, social media, listening, PR.
