We are currently searching for a Senior XD Designer :
Responsibilities : Utilize advanced UX and Neon Program experience to work with design systems, preferably contributing to their creation.
This may include showcasing prototypes or screens in a portfolio for thorough review, highlighting components or approaches required.
Possess extensive knowledge of Figma design library components with variables, various states, tokens, etc. Additionally, be capable of providing support and training for designers on Figma.Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX principles and implementation of visual design , utilizing a design system and its components effectively.Display meticulous attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Strong written and verbal communication skills are a plus, facilitating effective collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.Requirements : Advanced experience in UX and Neon Program .Proficiency in working with design systems , preferably involved in their creation. A portfolio demonstrating this expertise is required.Extensive knowledge of Figma design library components and the ability to provide support and training for designers on Figma.Strong understanding of UX principles and experience implementing visual design using design systems.Exceptional attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.Strong written and spoken communication skills are preferred.Desired : Previous experience in providing support and training for designers on Figma .Additional experience or knowledge in related areas such as UI design, front-end development, or design thinking methodologies.Languages Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note : Fully remote
