Apply today Main Tasks Strategically manage and drive the development for part of the Essity patent portfolio Work proactively and closely with CGA innovation teams, product development, technology and marketing teams in order to identify and protect inventions that are of value to Essity Conduct FTO investigations to secure launches Drive Patent Litigation Support in mapping of competitor patent activities Key Competencies Qualified Patent Agent / Attorney / Lawyer / European Patent Attorney with experience in mechanics, physics, chemistry or equivalent. 5 years experience working as a patent agent, in-house or private practice/law firm Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal.
