The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, providing legal support to different departments, preparing legal opinions, leading internal effort in supporting outside counsel in litigation and arbitration, managing retention of counsel and their billings, and training employees on legal matters and relevant company policies. Requirements: 5 years as a generalist in-house counsel of an international company or law firm with a substantial allocation of time serving international clients in different areas of practice (M). Expertise in construction law and negotiation of EPC contracts, regulatory law of energy sector, and administrative law (D). Expertise in litigation in court and arbitration (D).
