Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategicallyand creatively Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships Role Specific As a Senior Automation Engineer you will startestablishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services. You will beresponsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of oursolutions for our clients. In this role, you already have understanding of yourspecific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to developinnovative solutions that address complex business problems. You will beresponsible for managing the entire project lifecycle. You will be able to lead projects independently, orwork as a part of a team on larger programmes. In addition, you will beresponsible for managing client relationships, and be the primary point ofcontact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborateeffectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matterexperts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding ofindustry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thoughtleadership to clients and internal teams.
