The Global Talent Acquisition function is going through a strategic recruitment transformation, deploying AI, process automation tools and modernizing recruitment infrastructure to focus on talent priorities and improve end-to-end process experience.How will you make an impact in this role?The Senior Analyst - HR Reporting role will be part of the Colleague Experience Group, responsible for the development and advancement of global reporting and analytics as well as supportingactivities within our risk framework. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularly Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) andstrong communication skills, both verbal and written.
