**A Snapshot of Your Day**:As the Senior Advisor for Region Americas at Siemens Energy, your day will involve developing and managing the financing solutions for customer projects in the designated region. You will work with local colleagues at the hub in Mexico City and worldwide on structuring financing solutions during the bidding phase, coordinating export LC advisory, analysing project structures and support bidding strategies. Your role will also involve managing relationships with banks, export credit agencies, and international financial institutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating commercial and financial contracts, implementing payment risk mitigation concepts, and enhancing the financing product portfolio. As Senior Advisor you will ensure smooth project execution and contribute to the overall success of Siemens Energy's energy transformation goals in the Americas.**How You'll Make an Impact**- Actively support sales colleagues and customers with project structure analysis, the development of bidding strategies and export LC advisory- Coordinate with banks, export credit agencies and international financial institutions- Negotiate commercial and financial contracts, ensuring favourable payment terms and supporting documents.- Implement payment risk mitigation concepts such as ECA cover, political risk insurance and sale of receivables.- Enhance the financing product portfolio by developing sustainable/ESG-related offerings.- Conduct sales training for the team to improve their understanding of financing solutions and payment risk mitigation.- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, banks, ECAs and industry associations.- Stay updated on energy transition strategies and actively contribute to energy roadmaps and G2G initiatives.- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and participate in bank meetings and negotiations.**What You Bring**- Solid experience in structuring financing solutions and export LC advisory for customer projects- Strong understanding of project finance, financial risk management, and negotiation of commercial contracts- Knowledge of payment risk mitigation concepts and familiarity with ECA-covered financing- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.- Familiarity with energy transition strategies, energy roadmaps and G2G initiatives- Flexibility to travel within the Americas regions as required.- Fluency in English and Spanish; Additional language proficiency is a plus.**About the Team**:Join a dynamic and collaborative team at the Siemens Energy hub in Mexico City, that is at the forefront of driving energy transformation in the Americas region.
