**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Assess and lead integration efforts related to cross-functional projects between FI, CO, and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, etc.- Ensure standard solution usage whenever it is possible. Provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit customer scenarios.- Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing, WRICEF requirement objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) either as production support initiatives or new projects.- Work with the SAP Admin on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects requirements.- Work with the development team by providing functional specifications for new WRICEF development, unit test, UAT and manage the changes through the SAP landscape.- Work independently with business process owners and business leads to presenting new solutions, leading workshops from scoping phase through realization phase of the projects.- Hypercare support. Work with Key Users & SAP Partner to ensure agreed service levels are met.- Assist in ticket resolution with proper documentation, customer service and adequate response times.- Report to Manager and escalate risks and issues as necessary.- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the organization.**Professional Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.- 1 year of experience in SAP S4 Hana FI, CO Modules.- Minimum 5 years of experience in any ERP, SAP ERPs preferred.- 3 Full lifecycle project implementations including analysis, design, testing, and implementation within SAP modules.- Experience ideally in an S4 Hana environment (knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems is a plus)- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.- Experience working collaboratively and independently to map and document the "As Is" flows.- Able to Identify, document, and propose "to-be" solutions.- Experience managing the delivery of the project, providing user training, and facilitating change management.- Identification of key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicating recommendations to leadership.- Demonstrated initiative, works independently, effective decision making.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables.- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus - addresses conflict and resolves issues.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to achieve results in a timely manner.- Travel as necessary based upon project needs.- Ability to work under pressure.**Compensation: Salary will depend on the years of experience and KSA's related to the job.**S0Xd6oqDwK
